Written quote
An itemised quote and a schedule of works broken into stages, so you know what is included, what it costs and how long it takes before anything starts.
Build
Groundworks, structure, roof, plaster, fit-out. One team, one programme, and a tidy site at the end of each day. You follow every stage in the Ginkgo Construction app.
Handover & aftercare
Certificates, snagging and a walk-round at the end. We are local, so if anything needs a second look we come back.

Every Ginkgo Construction client gets a login to our app for the length of the job. No chasing for updates, no surprises on the invoice.
- Schedule of works. The whole job broken into stages, with dates, so you know what is happening and when.

- Completed stages. Each stage marked complete when it is done, so you always know where the build is.

A new development of two bungalows in brick and flint, built from a bare plot: footings, walls, hipped pantile roofs, flint boundary walls, a shared gateway and a gravel drive with turning circle.
Bungalow renovation and extension
A tired rendered bungalow stripped back to the shell, extended in brick with a flat roof and aluminium sliders, re-roofed in red pantiles and re-rendered, with a new patio and lawn.
