Renovations & Refurbishments, Norfolk

Older Norfolk houses reward careful work. We strip back, fix what is actually wrong (not just what shows) and rebuild with materials that suit the building. Our bungalow renovation below went from a derelict shell with blown render and a mossed-over roof to a modern open-plan home with a brick extension, new roof and new render.

Every refurbishment gets a written schedule of works and a programme, and you follow progress, updates, completed stages and stage payments in the Ginkgo Construction app as the job runs.
