New homes, small developments, extensions and conversions, built by one team from the footings up.
Our first project was a development of two new-build bungalows in brick and flint, taken from a bare plot to handover by our own team. That is how we work on every new build: drawings and building control, groundworks, structure, roof, first fix, and the plastered, decorated rooms at the end.
The same team builds extensions and conversions. We work in brick and block, timber frame or SIPs to suit the design and the budget, and we manage the structural engineer, building inspector and any specialist trades so you deal with one person throughout.
